A Short Little Painless Guide On How To Handle Your Liens
Hey let’s be honest here, Liens suck! I hate them, in fact I’m writing this article so maybe the person who created these liens will wake up and come to a realization that he’s terrorizing generation after generation of the human race.
I don’t know your personal story but I know you’re probably very annoyed right now because it’s apparent that you can’t afford to pay off these liens. But somehow they always show up in your life (how convenient). Unfortunately there’s no magic way to get rid of these awful, disgusting liens. Well I’ve done some research and I found ways that could bring you into the lien free zone (Euphoria!)
Sacrifice- Yes I know, I hate this word too but sometimes it’s necessary. If you want something greater in your life
(like living lien free) then maybe you need to cut back for a while. Start eating dinner at home, cancelling things you don’t need (maybe even cable tv), don’t go out clubbing. This isn’t a permanent sacrifice but realize that you may need to give up a little bit temporarily in order to dig yourself out this ugly nasty lien hole you’ve fell into.
Organize- Hey I’m not a well organized person all the time but I know a little organization can go a long way. Make sure you keep track of what you’re expenses are and cut them as much as possible to pay your bills. Make a plan on when you’ll be able to finally cover all of your expenses and while you’re doing that find new ways to make money (like an investment).
Sell Your House To An Investor- Sometimes you simply can’t afford to pay off the current liens you have, but trust me there are many people out there who will. Find an investor to buy your house, they usually pay in all cash and close very quickly. They will pay off all the liens and you’ll be living the good life (lien free!).
